Kandie was raised on a farm in Northeast Colorado throughout her childhood. After high school, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Colorado in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. Kandie spent the next 8 years in Texas as the Director of Operations and Franchising of a fitness franchise. In 2015, Kandie pursued her passion of helping people and opened her own successful insurance agency with a highly recognized national carrier. She was ranked as high as #8 in the entire country at one point.
After working in the captive insurance market, she chose to join the Brightway family so she could provide her customers with numerous options as well as customized coverage to fit each individual family’s needs. Kandie uses a consultative approach to make sure all of her clients have the total protection they need. Some of Kandie’s most recent awards include Glendale Chamber of Commerce – 2016 New Member of the Year, Brightway Insurance - 2016 Rookie of the Year, and Brightway Insurance – 2016/2017 Brightway Ambassador.
When not in the office, Kandie enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan. They both enjoy the outdoors and the beauty of both Colorado and Florida. Being in both states allows Kandie the opportunity to enjoy a run along the beach and also on the mountain trails. She has completed 14 full and half marathons. She is an avid spinner and teaches spinning classes in her spare time. Kandie is also involved in several local organizations that give back to the people of South Florida and metro Denver. She also stays active in the local community by donating and volunteering with many area charities.

David came to Brightway with nearly a decade of insurance industry experience with nationally recognized brands. He graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho, with a bachelor’s in Communication and Marketing.
He joined Brightway, The Landers Agency after meeting Kandie Landers and learning about her vision and all of the options he could provide consumers as a Brightway Agent.
