Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Jim Pihl got his start in the insurance business after graduating from Nease High School in Ponte Vedra. After spending a few years learning the business, he opened his own insurance agency in 2003. Two years later, he merged his agency with Brightway Insurance and proudly became the second Brightway office in the system.
