Ross was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens. He attended Florida State University where he earned a degree in Finance. After spending several years with Northwestern Mutual in Tallahassee, he decided he missed home (especially the beach) and relocated back to the Palm Beach Gardens area.
In November of 2010, he joined the Brightway family. His specialty is working with realtors, lenders and buyers to streamline the insurance portion of the home-buying process.
Ross has a love for all animals. His lab, Tiki, accompanies him to the office every day - her contributions to the agency have even earned her Employee of the Year!
