Michele came to Brightway with more than 20 years’ industry experience, after owning a captive agency. She graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe in Monroe, La., with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. She and her husband, Paul, have been married 20 years and have five children and two grandchildren. Michele volunteers at her children's school and their sporting events and in her leisure time, she enjoys reading and traveling to watch her children participate in sporting events.
She looks forward to helping those in and around her community protect their valuables.

Before joining Brightway, Kendra was the sole sales agent/producer and office manager of an Independent Insurance Agency in Lafayette, LA. Prior to that, she worked in a captive insurance agency, also in Lafayette.
Kendra is the proud grandmother, mother and wife of an amazing family. As a single mom for 15 years, she has mastered the skill of multi-tasking with has come in handy when her 5 grandchildren keep her traveling to their various sporting events. In 2006 this single mom of one daughter was gifted a status change to a married mom of now three daughters. She enjoys spending time with her big family!
