He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla.
David and wife, JoAnn, have two children and are members of the Northside Christian Church in Broken Arrow. For fun, he enjoys sporting events, motor sports and relaxing with his family.
David is a long-time volunteer of the operations team supporting The Pride of Broken Arrow Marching Band. In 2021, the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce recognized David, naming him Broken Arrow Volunteer of the Year .
