A Tucson resident for the past 25 years, Jim and his wife of 15 years, Brett, have a son and daughter and a dog. Jim serves as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. To unwind, he enjoys pickleball and karaoke. Shelby grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and moved west to Arizona at 18. She has been a Tucson resident for the last eight years (and counting).
Prior to joining Brightway, The Jim Anderson Agency, Shelby worked in the service department for some of the biggest names in insurance: Progressive (for two years as a service representative) and Geico (as an insurance producer). She joined Brightway because she wanted to be a representative for her clients, not just the company she was working for. Brightway gave her access to a multitude of carriers that allowed her to be a better advocate for her clients.
As a Brightway agent, Shelby loves helping people. She takes pride in helping her clients save money on their insurance while getting the right coverage for their needs.
Shelby and her beautiful wife Alexis have been together for four years. They have two dogs, Effy and Agent P. Outside of the office, she volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and participates in local food and toy drive events to help those in need in her community.
