Jason co-owns Brightway, The Torres-Grubbs Agency with his wife of 20 years, Erica. The two enjoy spending time with their three daughters.
The Grubbs are involved in their church, Generation Christian Church in Trinity, Fla, where they teach a weekly class to second and third grade students.
