J.D. Osborne grew up in Hamlet, North Carolina and graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management from Lenoir Rhyne University. He also completed his Masters in Business Administration from Campbell University with a Marketing concentration in 2011.  J.D. has spent his professional career in medical sales and is most excited about offering a new personal insurance opportunity to this great state.

When JD is not working, he enjoys spending time with his girls, Jessica, Isabelle and Emma Jean, cheering on the Canes and Duke Blue Devils and his most recent hobby, playing golf. 

­Bonnie has been a resident of Holly Springs for the past seven years. She graduated from the University of Greensboro where she earned her bachelor's degree.

Bonnie comes to Brightway with more than five years’ experience in the insurance industry and previously worked at Farm Bureau. Working in this field brings her joy because she loves helping and educating people about insurance while ensuring that they are properly protected.

As a Brightway agent, Bonnie enjoys having access to so many insurance carriers to help provide her customers with the best coverage and price. Although she works remotely, “no single [work] day is alike!” she said.

Bonnie has been married to her husband for 23 years and counting. Together, they have a 16-year-old son and a dog named Maggie. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and dabbling in the art of stained glass.

Toni was born and raised in Zebulon, NC. She attended East Carolina University to study Elementary Education and earned certifications in Early Childhood Development at another local community college.

Toni comes to Brightway with six years of insurance experience and previously worked with State Farm and a few other independent agencies.

As a Brightway agent, Toni loves being able to shop rates with a wide variety of carriers so she can focus on her customers’ best interests and budget needs. She also likes that Brightway, The Osborne Agency is owned and operated by family-oriented agents.

Outside of the office, Toni loves spending time with her two-year-old son.

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, now residing in Kannapolis, NC. She attended UNC Charlotte obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Kelsey has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years, with a background in quality control management, and sales, earning Rookie of the Year for all new agencies in 2023.

Now, as The Osborne Agencies Retention Specialist, Kelsey will utilize her competitive drive and vast knowledge of independent insurance carriers to maintain the agency's current book of business,. She will provide competitively priced policy options and work with existing clients directly, to offer the best coverage for their most valued assets.

Kelsey is a mother of one son, Parks, and currently engaged to be married the Fall of 2024 to her fiancé Gage , and son Alton. In her spare time, you can find them at one of the kids' sporting events, a night out at a concert, or enjoying a quick trip to the beach, or mountains!

As a seasoned insurance agent taking on the Retention Specialist role, Kelsey looks forward to finding solutions for The Osborne Agency's existing book while meeting each client with a "can do" attitude! She is excited to see how she can apply her skillset to this role and make insurance a seamless process.
