Juan Munguia moved to Lubbock from North Central Texas. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and Spanish. He has a diverse professional background including a wide array of experience within the insurance industry, working with both commercial and personal lines clients. When he is not at work, Juan likes to spend quality time with his family and his fiancée, go to Texas Country Music Festivals, workout and play with his bulldog.
Juan’s goal at Brightway is to sell policies to fit individual client needs with an emphasis on long-term relationship building by helping customers understand their coverages, provide information on claims, and explain different features of insurance plans.

Cole was born and raised in the Texas panhandle. He graduated from WTAMU with a bachelor of science degree and also attended college at UAB.

When not in the office, Cole and his wife Laine enjoy raising chickens, growing a garden and attending Corgi conventions.

During her free time, Carla and husband Michael enjoy hiking, traveling and spending as much time as possible with her family and grandchildren.
