“I’ve been a part of Brightway’s family of Agencies in the past and owning my own Agency had become a long-term goal of mine after seeing the advantages and opportunities that Brightway has to offer,” said McGregor. “As an Agency Owner, I have the freedom and ability to provide more choice and expert counsel to my community and to extend meaningful career opportunities to others. I’m looking forward to establishing my business as a reputable Agency.”
McGregor is well acquainted with the Brightway system, having started her career as an insurance professional with a Brightway Agency in Boca Raton, Florida in 2015 as a licensed customer representative. She went on to work as a licensed insurance agent at the Agency, selling over $700,000 in written premium during her first year before moving on to Complete Insurance Authority Group, Inc., an independent agency in Pompano Beach. A Broward County native, McGregor is actively involved in the community through church and as a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, travelling, RV trips, off-roading and exploring national parks.
