Candidates must hold or obtain a Florida 20-44 or 220 insurance license and be able to confidently teach the company’s business model, systems and multiple lines of business, such as Home, Auto, Flood, Umbrella and Commercial insurance. They should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well.
While not required, the company prefers candidates who have call center training and/or insurance training experience, Personal lines insurance experience and strong knowledge of technology in the training world, such as Articulate, Vyond, Adobe and Microsoft Office.
