JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for December 2021, Brandi Cox!
Cox is a Customer Service Representative at Brightway. In this role, she answers calls from customers and assists them with service needed on their policies. She has been with the company since March 2021.
During a virtual ceremony to recognize Cox, Customer Service Team Lead, Ashlee Lester, said: “Whether it’s her calling an agent’s office with a customer, or an agent is calling into Home Office needing help, she is always extremely pleasant, helpful and thorough. You take ownership and provide excellent and compassionate service. Thank you for delivering excellent customer service, listening, and acting on problems!”
Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.
Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also are considered for Employee of the Quarter.
