JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Brightway Insurance, a Jacksonville-based property/casualty insurance distribution company recently named one of Northeast Florida’s Best Places to Work by the Jacksonville Business Journal, is actively seeking qualified local candidates for its new hire class slated to begin Monday, Jan. 13. The company is hiring for full-time English-speaking and bi-lingual Insurance Customer Service Representatives to provide world-class service to its rapidly growing customer and agent base.

Brightway employees enjoy comprehensive paid training, tuition reimbursement, competitive salary, paid time off and benefits, including Medical, Dental, Life and Disability insurance and a 401(k) plan with 4% match. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales or related fields and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, they enjoy a family-based culture of inclusiveness where they can build positive, supportive relationships with co-workers, customers and agents.

Brightway trains representatives on handling customer calls and helps new hires obtain their insurance license, too.

CEO Michael Miller said: “I am always thrilled when I see people hired in as Customer Service Representatives rise through the ranks at Brightway or even take other jobs within the company. We are growing quickly and the sky is the limit for someone who wants to build an exciting insurance career with us.”
