JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for October 2020, Chloe Copenhaver!
Copenhaver is a Team Lead in Brightway’s Customer Service Center. In this role, she leads a team that assists Brightway customers with any needs they have related to existing policies. She has been with Brightway six years.
During a virtual ceremony to recognize Copenhaver, Operations Manager of Brightway’s Customer Service Center, Heather Currier, said, “Chloe has done an amazing job of helping the new hires in nesting to ensure they are successful when they go out to the floor (of the Customer Service Center). I am in awe of the growth she has had since becoming a Unit Lead and now a Team Lead. I’m so happy that we have Chloe as part of the team that’s leading the Service Center.”
Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
Honorees for the distinction receive a Snappy gift and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
