Employee of the Quarter Spotlight: Dana Rogers 

Rogers is a Workforce Management Team Lead who has been with the company for more than a decade. Brightway named her Employee of the Quarter for demonstrating the Core Value ‘Accountable.’ 
 

How long have you worked at Brightway?  
10 years. 

What is your favorite part of the job? 
I love being able to grow with the company and alongside my co-workers.  

What advice do you have for other employees? 
Always be attentive and focus on the task at hand. Don’t stress over the small things and take it all one step at a time. 

What is the weirdest superstition you’ve ever believed in? 
Crossing my fingers. 

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?  
My grandpa. He passed away before I was born and I never got the chance to meet him. 

What are the songs that make you sing along whenever you hear them (Name Three)? 
“Bohemian Rhapsody,” by Queen, “Chickens,” by Hayes Carll and “Love Shack” by The B-52’s. (Especially if Bri Barron sings along with me.)
