Elkhay is an I.T. Support Analyst II who has been with the company for more than a year. Brightway named him Employee of the Quarter for demonstrating the Core Value ‘Trustworthy.’ 
 

How long have you worked at Brightway? 
One year. 

What is your favorite part of the job? 
I just enjoy helping others at Brightway solve problems they encounter. Having the chance to teach others about technology is a great part of this opportunity. 

What advice do you have for other employees? 
Live every day of your life being thankful for all of your blessings.   

What is the weirdest superstition you’ve ever believed in? 
Throwing spilled salt over your left shoulder for good luck. 

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?  
I would love to meet with Marcus Aurelius and discuss his ideas.
