The Agency had its soft opening one month ago and held the grand opening event at the Fulshear-Katy Area Chamber of Commerce building.

Prior to opening Brightway, The John Rodger Agency, Czapko spent 25+ years in the Information Technology space, holding executive and leadership roles with some of the largest and well-known companies in the world. He has spent his entire professional life in the Houston area where his son and daughter were born and raised. Czapko brings the same focus, drive and passion that allowed him to be successful in his business career to helping individuals, families and companies protect what is important to them.
