PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA. — Giving back is important to Brian and Rhoda Murphy, Owners of Brightway, The Murphy Agency. In September 2018, they began to collect shoes for the non-profit, Soles4Souls. On Feb. 8, they delivered 260 pairs of shoes to Coastal Export International, which serves as a Soles4Souls warehouse in Miami.
“We are grateful for opportunity to be of service. What started off as ‘Let’s see what we can do,’ gained momentum with The Benjamin School kicking in, and the results were inspiring,” said Brian Murphy. “We collected all colors, shapes and sizes of new and slightly used sneakers, dress shoes, soccer shoes, football shoes, basketball shoes, boots and even a pair of ballerina slippers.”
He added, “Many hands, or in this case feet, were involved, and we feel like we made a difference. It was so rewarding that we’ve decided to continue to collect shoes for Soles4Souls.”
Those wishing to donate to Soles4Souls may drop off new or gently worn shoes at Brightway, The Murphy Agency located at:
