Prior to joining Brightway, Jason Grubbs spent 13 years with Fifth Third Bank. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President where he oversaw the bank's retail network in Northwest Hillsborough, North Pinellas and Pasco counties. Erica Torres-Grubbs is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish. The Grubbs have been married 20 years and enjoy spending time with their three daughters. They are involved in their church, Generation Christian Church in Trinity, Fla, where they teach a weekly class to second and third grade students. They look forward to using their experience in financial services coupled with Brightway's system to provide a consultative approach that helps consumers protect their assets as Brightway Agency Owners.
