JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for December 2021, Josephine Gagnon!
Gagnon is a Corporate Sales Representative at Brightway. In this role, she assists existing customers within the corporate book of business who need additional insurance coverage. She has been with the company since April 2020.
During a virtual ceremony to recognize Gagnon, Corporate Sales Team Lead, Karma Jenks, said: “Jojo joined the Corporate Sales team back in May (2021). She started out on our Rewrite team, helping rewrite our field agents’ non-renewing policies, and was recently promoted to the New Business team where she takes inbound calls for Home Office to try to retain and grow our book of business.
“Jojo comes in to work every day with a positive attitude and high energy. She is extremely dependable and accountable when it comes to getting all her work done each day, while still maintaining a high level of quality. As of last week, she already was over 100% to her goal for both premium and policy count. In addition to continuing to hit her goals each week, she volunteered and put together our last monthly lunch and learn, which was a big success. She’s a super star and I’m so happy to have her on my team!”
Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.
Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also are considered for Employee of the Quarter.
