UNION, KY. — While the country’s response to the new coronavirus has caused many business operations to pause, Brightway Insurance remains committed to customers and to people who want to build their own business with the holistic support Brightway offers. The company is pleased to announce that Ronda Curtis is opening Brightway, The Clayton-Noll Agency Monday, Nov. 16. While Curtis is currently operating the agency from her home in Union, she will open an office location nearby in the coming months. The office location will be announced once operational. Curtis’ Agency is the only Brightway location currently serving consumers in the Bluegrass State.

“I’m ecstatic to open my own business, where I can provide added value to a necessary service and a wide array of insurance products to my community,” said Curtis, who is licensed to sell insurance in Kentucky and Ohio. “As a Brightway Agency Owner, I have access to more choice of insurance brands so I can shop the market to find consumers the coverage they need to protect their homes, vehicles and more at the best price.”

Born and raised in Kentucky, Curtis comes to Brightway from State Farm where she was an Agent Team Member. She brings five years of management and customer service experience to the Agency.  As a Brightway Agency Owner, Curtis looks forward to earning her community’s trust as the No. 1 source for expert counsel and the most choice of insurance brands.

“Ronda knows the local area and with Brightway she can offer far more options to her customers than she was previously able to provide as a captive agent,” said Brightway President and CEO Michael Miller. “We’re excited to partner with her to expand our brand into Kentucky and expect her to be wildly successful with the holistic business support she will receive from Brightway.”

Brightway, The Clayton-Noll Agency offers customized Home, Condo, Renters, Flood, Personal Articles, Auto, RV, Motorcycle, Boat, Life and Umbrella insurance policies from numerous insurance brands including Appalachian Underwriters, Bankers, Foremost, Hagerty, Hippo, Johnson and Johnson, Progressive, Nationwide, Stillwater and many more. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).

Brightway’s corporate office staff provides expertise and support in areas including Customer Service, Accounting, Marketing, Distribution, Business Analytics, Carrier Appointments, Licensing, Onboarding, Training, Hiring and Retaining personnel.
