Brothers, Michael, Robert and Ray Norton have teamed up and will open Brightway, The NortonAgency in Blackwood, Monday, Dec. 18. The Nortons’ store is the first Brightway Insurance store to open in New Jersey. Brightway is one of the largest property/casualty agencies in the United States and now has stores in 19 states.

The Nortons come to Brightway with decades of business ownership and management experience at Interstate Battery System of Atlantic City and Norton Wealth Management. Michael, who will take lead in running the Brightway store, spent 23 years as the operations manager of the battery company and won numerous awards for salesmanship. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. He and wife, Liza, of 17 years have three children, who keep them busy with various school and sports activities and dance. They attend St. Joseph’s Church in Hammonton, N.J. The Nortons look forward to making it easy for friends and neighbors in South Jersey to get the expert counsel they deserve and the coverage they need to protect their financial future.
Joining the Nortons at Brightway is Insurance Agent, Nadine Russel, who brings more than 12 years’ experience as an Agent to the job, including at AAA.
